Casa Los Cummins served as a perfect home base during our stay in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The boutique hotel is nestled on a quiet road in the seaside neighborhood of Condado, only two blocks from the beach and three miles from Old San Juan.
The cleanly decorated, Caribbean-style rooms and welcoming hotel staff played an essential role in making our stay in San Juan and our trip to Puerto Rico memorable.

Casa Los Cummins is a chic, modern boutique hotel in the Condado neighborhood of San Juan, Puerto Rico. Two blocks from the beach and a short distance from historic Old San Juan, Casa Los Cummins is ideally located for taking in the beautiful sights and vibrant culture of Puerto Rico’s capital city.
The intimate property has seven spacious rooms and comfortable, inviting common areas, all brightly decorated with beachy, Caribbean elements.
One of the most impressive property features is a roof top terrace, where guests can do early morning yoga, catch some mid-afternoon rays or drink a cocktail as the setting sun dances off the Condado skyline.
All of the rooms at Casa Los Cummins are carefully appointed in modern, Caribbean décor, offering guests rooms that truly embody the flamboyant, vivacious culture of Puerto Rico and its surrounding Caribbean islands.
The boutique hotel has a total of seven rooms, including six suites and one penthouse. All rooms feature private bathrooms, a private or shared terrace/balcony and complimentary breakfast.
Pricing varies based on room type and dates of stay. For large groups, the entire house can be booked and sleeps 16 people.

Complimentary continental breakfast is included in the price of accommodation for all hotel guests. The breakfast features an incredible spread of food including eggs, toast, cheese, meat, pastries, fresh fruit, cereals, juice and coffee.
While breakfast is the only meal served at Casa Los Cummins, the hotel provides guests with a fully functional shared kitchen complete with cooking utensils, an oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine and purified water.
An honor bar is also open to guests that features beer, wine and a variety of alcohol/mixers to craft the perfect Caribbean cocktail.

The property sits two blocks from the beach and walking distance to a variety of restaurants and bars including the famous La Placita de Santurce. The cobblestone streets, pastel walls and historic fort of Old San Juan are only a short, three-mile Uber ride away.
